3. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are listed in CAD.
We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods through our secure platform.
4. Refund Policy

Digital courses: All sales are final. No refunds are available once the course has been purchased, as digital content is immediately accessible.

In-person courses: A 50% refund is available only if a student attends the first session and decides the course is not suitable. Requests must be submitted within 24 hours after the first class.

Services: PDR and consulting services are non-refundable once performed.
